Payments

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

  • We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards & PayPal.
  • We also accept offline payments via Venmo, Zelle and Cashapp. 

How much does shipping cost?

We now offer free shipping to US over $80.

Orders under $80 will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and country. Full price will be displayed at checkout.

How long does it take to receive my package?

Orders within U.S. take 3-7 business days to be delivered to you, and we ship within 2 business days. When your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with the tracking information.

International orders take 7-14 business days to be delivered via DHL or Fedex, and we ship within same 2 business days.


Is your site safe and secure?

YES! Our checkout page uses SSL, which ensures that all of your browsing and shopping data remains private.

Can I track my package journey?

Absolutely! Once your order has been dispatched you will receive your personal tracking number. Use your tracking number to keep tabs on your package journey at www.usps.com You can also send us a quick message and we’ll be happy to track it for you.


Do you have local delivery?

Yes we do! We offer free local delivery on orders over $80 within Palm Beach County, Florida.


Returns and Refunds

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 14-days Return & Exchange Policy:

If we shipped the wrong item, or if it arrived damaged, we will re-ship or refund immediately. If you're simply not happy with your order, you can also return it. In this case, the buyer will get a refund (excluding shipping costs) as soon as the product is back intact with us. Please note, that you must contact us within 14 days from the date your order was delivered.

We attend regular shows and annual festivals during high season in Florida, usually from October to Mid of May. You can easily find us at the shows listing below:

Where is your shop?

Our shop is newly open! The regular hours are Monday to Thursday from 4pm to dusk. (Yes we open in the afternoon) If you wish to come in other time, feel free to make an appointment! Simply drop me a message (561) 410-9851 and we will be open for you.
